Milano and Associates Architects is based in San Jose, California. With over 19 years of experience in the Architectural field, we have participated in the management, design, working drawings, and construction administration of varied size and types of projects including new construction, remodeling and additions to single-family homes, multi-family dwellings, commercial, institutional and educational projects.
The practice currently focuses on single family residential work, including new custom homes, remodels and additions of varied kinds and sizes throughout the Peninsula.

Lili Milano is the principal at Milano & Associates Architects since its inception in 2002. Lili earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from San Jose State University in 1991 and a Masters in Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1994 with a concentration in solar design. Lili is also a licensed architect in the state of California with License # C28629.
Lili has worked in the past for well-known companies such as Steinberg Architects and the Ratcliff Architects.
Lili's personal skills include the ability to understand client needs and identify the core issues to generate creative, dynamic solutions, taking initiative, being resourceful, with excellent communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills. She has commitment to collaboration, common-purpose, and team-building.
